> Despite having reported this drain as nonfunctional on multiple occasions no repairs have been made. you send out a Sucker Truck a couple of days later but the drain has never worked. I suspect that when they placed it some concrete ran into the stormwatervpipe blocking it. The whole thing needs dug out & replaced. Don't waste time sending a suckered truck. & stop giving me a ticket for parking with one wheel on the curb ! Sometimes I don't want wet boots ! This is years old problem!
