> Broken water Toby box outside 338 Clyde rd. we have reported this twice now and each time they have just perched the lid back in on the Broken housing and then left, the complete box needs replacement! It is a serious tripping hazard, with an elderly lady having a bad fall recently when she stepped in the resulting hole, as this is in the footpath. The home owner at 338 has also advised that the shutoff tap doesn't close properly, which they found out recently when having some plumbing work don
