> The road surface between 8 and 14 Darley Street has been in poor condition since the 2011 earthquakes. There has been patching of potholes, however the issue has been the ponding of water between 10 + 14 Darley Street. The road surface here has slumped as a result of the earthquakes in 2011. Water ponds in the low spot and doesn’t drain away. This has been reported to Council on a number of occasions and other than putting ashphalt in the pot holes the fundamental issue has not been remedied.
