> At a certain point traveling on Durham St Nt before the Salisbury and Durham St Nt intersection there is obscurity from trees limiting the left side traffic lights. There is no mast pole at this intersection either. Whilst I was involved in accident of going through the red light at this intersection I am not directing the full blame because of the obscurity but it definitely did contribute to me accidentally going through the red light. Is the council aware of this intersection?
