> Dogs, I was attacked for the second time this week by a large dog off lead in Rutland Park Papanui. This dog also went on to knock over another elderly person also. As this was the second time this week I thought it was time to report it Unfortunately I don't have a photo of the dog, but it is black and white. Lately there seems to be a lot of dogs off lead running wild in the park in the evening around 7.00 to 8.00pm. Other people have mentioned of children getting knocked over by dogs.
