> The house is empty since June 2025. The owner removed asbestos and left windows and doors hanging open. The front gate & garage is unsecured, allowing easy access. All neighbours have experienced a rat invasion since June. We have removed 3 groups of teens on the property. We observed another group of older men drinking in the house. There’s loose roof iron on the roof. We have serious concerns about fire/arson. The owner does not respond to our requests to secure the property.
