# Overgrown Vegetation, Canterbury, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand

Christchurch · filed 9 February 2026 · report 7704007
https://www.chch.live/report/7704007

> Congratulations over the plantings at Rutland Street Reserve. However, existing mature plantings at the Reserve are being over run by blackberry and convolvulus, as are the new cycle way plantings. Any chance of maintenance by CCC or a community cleanup being organised? No point in new plantings without ongoing maintenance.
