> Council staff have not mowed Balmoral Reserve since well before Xmas. With all the recent rain, the grass is now very long and looks a mess. Mowing of other reserves in the area has recommenced from 1 February but this reserve has been overlooked. Please mow asp and put back on the regular programme.
