> The construction build at 3(a) la costa lane is producing excessive polystyrene beads that is blowing into all neighboring properties. they are sawing polystyrene panels and the beads are vlowing everywhere. We live next to it at 1 la costa and our stairs, car port, Garden is full of polystyrene beads. The builder is not controlling any polystyrene cuts. The entire house is made from polystyrene so it is excessive. It is in our garden so likely will make it's way to waterways. please please help
