> Worst traffic management I've ever seen. Expect you to apply 1 way giveaway rules when you can't even see the other end, especially during day when parked cars and excavator working. They they expect you to basically drive off road to get past. Should widen road more and pipework cross road perpendicular not at an angle like they are doing.
