> Witnessed 'fly tipping' rubbish being dumped in the red zone. Two people in photographed vehicle. They removed a fence post out of the ground to gain access to the red zone and drove up Keller Street out of sight from Retreat Road. Returned 5 mins later without the load on the back of the ute in photograph. Im happy to be contacted for further clarification or witness statement.
