> Was taking my dog Rocky for a walk, he was on a short lead as I saw a neighbour putting out his bins. A large black dog, Odin, came running out of the yard at 24 Contrail St and attacked, jumping on my dog, the owner did nothing but call his name. I became surrounded by the lead and pulled over landing hard on the ashphalt injuring my shoulder and wrist as I landed. The owner continued calling the dog until he came but could not grab and remove him as he had no collar on.
