> The event fencing at this intersection creates an unsafe blindspot. Despite precautions I had a near miss incident with another cyclist travelling at speed this evening. The situation could be easily improved by intelligent Council requirements on the fencing. Refer also incident ID: 7627383. Council response on this prior incident was inadequate. I followed the suggestion but there was nil response from the event organisers. They need to be told.
