> The creek has toxic weed as it has no flow. Since the work on the water management was completed in Highsted Road the flow has slowed considerably. The weeds have also been allowed to grow across the creek exacerbating the situation. No other creeks in the area have the toxic weed which indicates a design malfunction. Putting up signs and not dealing with the situation is a lazy approach. Other residents have bought this to your attention yet no action has been taken which is very frustrating.
