https://www.chch.live/report/7742329

> Residents of 80 Middlepark road had left a variety of items on their boundary fence line that were surplus’s to requirement, one of those being an old double mattress. This item is now the only one remaining and has been sitting there for approx 6 weeks. It has now moved to the berm area and has not been moved all week. It is obstructing pedestrians and is an eye sore. Can this be removed? ??
