> Vast volumes of water is gushing from the water main into a telecom sump at the street in front of the boundary between 10 and 12 Overdale Drive and flowing down hill through the Telecom conduit from sump to sump as it wets the entire hillside. The flow can be heard from the footpath through the concrete sump cover; It's wild. It's a torrent; you could generate power off the flow.
