> Traffic lights at St Martins/Brougham intersection were stuck for a couple of cycles (maybe 5 minutes) around 8.45pm 15 Feb - green along Brougham but were not changing. Only changed when pedestrian crossing pressed. Previous incident at same location Sunday Nov 9 2025 after 9pm - stuck 8+ minutes and cars were having to turn on red.
