> This is located in front of the mailbox of 18 Northcote Road, Northcote, Christchurch. Clog drainage everytime it is raining. Because of the water that accumulates at the side of the road, school kids or pedestrians can get wet whenever there are 4 wheel vehicles that passes and make a splash of the water. i hope this will be given a good solutions. Thank you.
