> Water still, as notified numerous previous times, comes UP continually through this drain. When not blocked with leaves or rubbish it flows into the drain at the other end of Dawe Street. These houses are over 60's flats, which means elderly residents have to clear any debris. Otherwise water flows up on to our driveway. City Care has sucked water out of the drain on a number of occasions. It is a waste of time and money. Every time the men have barely finished before it is filling again. I really hope this is waste water and not drinking water being wasted.
