> The Christchurch Yacht Club car park gates have not been locked by security the last few months and this is attracting anti social behaviour there during the night. I have 'snap send solved” the CCC with no response. I have rung the security firm and they have assured me the gates would be locked, and I have spoken with the security guard in his car when he calls into the carpark before driving off. All to no avail. Apart from the nuisance value to the neighbours, this is a service the CCC are
