> bubble up drain is block at pedestrian crossing. outside cashmere school. this backs up our driveway and makes getting in and out to work and school impossible by foot. this happens when that drain has not been cleaned out. this is supposed to be on a regular roster. the continual floding causes damage to our property. thanks
