> To Christchurch City Council. My name is Barry Kennedy. I have sent several Photos of the flooding outside my house and my neighbours houses. A crew has been out and made a good job of clearing the gutter. Unfortunately they stopped within 1.5 metres of the sump where the water has to get to. The photos I have sent today are 70 metres from my driveway on Belfast Rd, not Rosebank Close
