# Hazard, vehicle, 285 Pine Avenue, South New Brighton, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand

> car parked illegally does it every day. pine ave due to road works very dangerous. tow truck cane out. man rang me and said he couldn't see any one illegally parked! then said he would ring his boss. then drove away. then came back. I think he went in and told the man to move his vehicle. when the tow truck left he drove past other cars that had come and parked illegally. not sure what is going on? maybe he knew him? so I guess I don't report anyone parking in pine AVE. can someone explain?
