> There is a dirt bike track across the road from the river that usually has a chain to prevent larger vehicles from entering. This is a very popular spot with local kids to ride their bikes. Yesterday when my children went there, the chain had been removed and two cars were parked inside. The people in the cars were dressed only in underwear. If the chain could be replaced this might help prevent this happening again.
