# Trees - General, 15 Flavell Street, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand

Heathcote Valley, Christchurch · filed 20 February 2026 · report 7773807
https://www.chch.live/report/7773807

> 15 Flavell St, owned by the people who live at 20 Station Rd. The fruit of the trees overhanging the footpath are a slip hazard and very plentiful. Not only are they not safe, but when they eventually fall into the gutter, the don't float so potentially block the gutter.
