> Neighbour has erected an illegal structure over the stream at the back of my property at 12 Chislehurst Place Bryndwr. I have rented the place out and the people at number 14 have taken advantage and nailed this appalling thing onto my boundary straddling the stream which is not theirs. The council won't be able to clean it now.
