> the McQueens Valley drain is blocked up with reeds. the backed up the water in the rains and over flowed thr main christchurch akaroa rd and blocked Miller's road with flooding. this needs to urgently be cleared before winter as this will keep blocking both roads. due to flooding. this has also back flooded the farms around it.
