> The footpath in front of homes at 27, 29, 30 and 32 Lavandula Crescent is now approximately 45 years old. Over time there has been the odd repair completed using a black asphalt rather than the origional reddish colour. It is very much a patchwork footpath. The existing asphalt is breaking down and crumbling to the stage of being a trip hazard. The whole length of footpath in Lavandula Crescent requires a total replacement given the age and state of it.
