> I would like to complain about cars for sale parked over the footpath on Colombo St at the Chinese lunar festival at Victoria Park tonight, limiting access for pedestrians & cyclists on this main thoroughfare. Its great that Vic Square is being used for cultural events, but I do not think it's appropriate for Vic Square frontage to be used for car yard sales like this, let alone obstructing the footpath. Surely they dont have approval for this? Please advise?
