> 3rd time I have had to contact council about this. too much water down uphill roadside drain for culvert. allways overtops. then strips road. floods neighbour's house at 277. needs bigger culvert on east. needs low profile kerb on west. water needs to stay on east side of rd with bigger culvert. pipe under road also floods neighbour's place, block that, run it same side.
