> This street is in appalling condition. The road surface is deteriorating and has been patched several times .This never lasts long. It may be scheduled for resurfacing 26/27, but this is not soon enough. Compounding the issues with this street is inadequate drainage. After last week's heavy rain, the street had surface flooding from fence to fence 40cm deep. This drained after a few hours, but shows that the storm water system is insufficient. The photos show the water, not road surface.
