> Neighbouring dogs (1/39) keep barking all-day despite the neighbour’s measures (fencing). It starts as early as 6ish in the morning and sometimes goes as late as 10ish in the evening. The dog owner, at times, is not at home and leaves the dogs roaming in the front yard. Or she (Lea) is at home, but doesn’t discipline the dogs. I got a call shortly after my first snap from Tim (I believe) from Dog Control. Unfortunately, the documentation/report form hasn’t arrived yet. Thank you.
