> This traffic light arrangement at the bottom of Mandeville St is highly frustrating during p.m. rush hour. The double set of lights (Mandeville/ Lowe and Mandeville/ Blenheim) only turn green for about 5 seconds, allowing a a maximum of only two cars to fully get through onto Blenheim Rd. The Blenheim/ Lowe lights need to go green before the Blenheim Rd lights to allow cars to move through more efficiently.
