> These 2 huge trees are on the council berm outside my house. They are very close. Given all the serious weather conditions which have resulted in flooding and gale force winds I am concerned that the tress or large branches may fall on my home endangering life and property damage. This has happened recently in Christchurch and other towns and cities. I would like them removed and replaced with kowhai and or other native small trees. Thank you.
