> Following heavy rain last week a new hole has appeared by the sump on the footpath outside 40 and 42 Selwyn Avenue and the existing holes on the footpath outside 42, and the shared drive for 46 to 52 Selwyn Avenue As these are all in a row it suggests a significant underlying problem that needs to be addressed Previously holes have been patched by tossing cold mix in but clearly this is not fixing the actual problem
