> This is looking west on Ferry Rd at the intersection with Phillips St. I frequently bike eastwards along the cycle lane on the northern side of Ferry Rd. Let's say that I am approaching the Phillips St intersection at the time of the photo. Should I be giving way to the black car about to turn into Phillips St or should the black car be giving way to me? I think there should be some signage or road marking to make this clear.
