> Toby box is leaking for 11 Hamlet Lane. Box is outside 9 Hamlet Lane. Only realised this evening but has clearly been leaking for weeks. Likely leaking since water meter was installed recently by council contractor. This leak is on the council SUPPLY side of the water meter. Screw driver in photo is pointing to where where leak is coming from. This is causing flooding at the Toby box at 15 Hamlet Lane (lower) which was reported to council. This was clearly not investigated properly by worker.
