> Unauthorised and Unnotified Path Closure “Path Closed” Signage for Electric Avenue has been placed blocking the path from the Harper Avenue signalised crossing. CONTRARY to the closure map posted around Hagley Park. Signage is BLOCKING the path (part of the OFFICIAL DETOUR ROUTING). Same thing happened at last year’s event, and CCC did NOTHING! So you are on notice to actually do your jobs…
