# Roading/Streets, 287, Manchester Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury

Christchurch · filed 6 July 2015 · report 78125

> Is this willful stupidity? If you removed the lane closure on Armagh between New Regent Street and Manchester traffic could flow. Instead we have absolute mind blowing insanity. Eastbound traffic can't access the eastbound only section of Armagh between Manchester and Madras. And most people jokey around the road closure when the light turns green because they are the only ones who can move. You are failing abjectly and choking off life in the central city. Between roading and parking you are ensuring that the central city recovery drags on while small business departs.
