> so for the second time now the pipework is getting ignored and you will just tar seal over it... guess what will happen in 6 months time again... not just by my house either, most of the houses on te whariki st have same issues and again being ignored. Has someone actually got to trip over and die before these continuous mistakes are fixed properly!! this is ridiculous.. do the job properly or don't bother. use your common sense please!!
