> My Neighbors have had some contractors around today at 64 Joy Street in Shirley to replace the drains, no sediment control has been used and my gutter is now full of mud and water which is now being tracked up onto the pavement amd my driveway. This is also right across the road from the retirement village which makes it hard for the residents and workers who park there on a daily to gain safe access to the kerbside.
