> I have spent all day gardening in the council reserve. hebes are wooden and overgrown, native seedlings could flourish but are overrun, copious weeds everywhere. the flax and deadly nighshade is in my red bin my large green bin full of weeds, please can council collect the bush trimmings.. I have placed on road. thank you
