> Re Electric Avenue The noise levels we have been subjected to for virtually the entire weekend are unacceptable. The exposure to the constant thumping and vibration created by the basses are intolerable. How on earth can these noise levels be permitted causing stress and health hazards not only to the concert goes, but to a large proportion of people in Christchurch- not to mentioned the patients and stuff at Christchurch Hospital! Unbelievable.
