> dumped rubbish and unclaimed, broken bin. there has been some dumped rubbish (not ours) outside our property for 2 weeks. There is also a broke wheelie bin which is left on street for approximately 2 months now. which has been unclaimed by any neighboring property. this makes the street look unsightly. please if it.could be cleaned up we would all be grateful
