> You didn’t fix the issue you just covered it up REPLACE THE PIPE FROM THE ROAD TO THE BOUNDARY for goodness sakes the pipe has collapsed in that’s what caused the footpath to collapse in the first place now they’ve SEALED the pipe and the whole property is flooding If you don’t fix the pipe then you will be liable for property damage due to not fixing the storm water drain on YOUR side of the boundary
