> At about 8 am this morning the left lane on Blenheim Rd heading towards the cbd was completely flooded for a decent distance (100 m??) It hasn’t really stopped raining since but I have only just remembered to log it. It was outside approx 338 Blenheim Rd. And had happened previously in heavy rain storms.
