> Bridge on main Charteris Bay road near Teddington, over Waiake stream, is almost fully blocked. Water is unable to get out on one half of bridge, which is completely blocked. Lot of debris on other side which will cause overflow into and over main road High tide in six hours from this report - ie at 16.27- and still raining here
