> Hi, this property constantly has been encroaching on the footpath, the grass is boggy here and it’s such a busy street with students - uni and years 0-8 , can it please be cut back to allow the width of the whole footpath to be utilised? The house is tenanted so I’m not sure if it’s the house or the owners that are informed thank you.
