> the contractors who are working on the building site at 79 opawa rd are parking on the berm outside the building site. it has been reported a number of times. thay move on for a day and are back the next day. the parking wardens need to uphold the council bylaws and issue tickets. that is there job. this area is used by the elderly who live in at 38 ensors rd. it is the only way for them to get to the bus stop and shops
