> Path Blockage The shared path in Hagley Park near the Salisbury St bridge is pretty much blocked by cones & cone bars put there by Electric Avenue. The 40cm gap left is an interesting choice on a 2-way shared path. Undoubtedly Electric Avenue organisers will say it is to protect cyclists/peds from their traffic crossing the path, but the total lack of signage advising of crossing traffic and their requirement to give way to cyclists/peds on the path would make that BS. Maybe pay them a visit??
